Our flat die pellet machines are devided into two series, the KL series pellet mills and the MKL series pellet mills. KL series pellet mills can both press feed pellets and wood sawdust pellets, but it's better to make animal feed pellets. Our MKL series pellet mills have the special design for making wood pellets.

木質ペレットの大量工業生産用に特別に設計された小型木質ペレットプレス機。 落花生、のこぎり、水稲わら、麦わら、椰子殻、籾殻などの原料や林業廃棄物などの入手が容易です。 最終的なペレットは、家庭用暖房だけでなく、産業用ボイラーや大規模発電所にも使用できます。

1.本機は電気モーター、15kw、380v、三相駆動のフラットダイペレット機です。

2.当社のMKLシリーズペレットミルは、木質おがくずペレットを製造するための特別な設計になっています。

3.最終的なペレットのサイズ：2.5-10mmで問題ありません。2.5mm、3mm、4mm、6mm、8mm、10mmからお選びいただけます。

4.原材料の水分含有量：12パーセント-20パーセント。

5.容量：300-400kg / h

What are the differences between D type pellet mills and R type pellet mills? 

D type, literally is called rotating die type while R type is called rotating roller type. Mechanically, the prominent difference lies in motion pattern of die and roller, and transmission components. In terms of price, with the same configuration (capacity, power, etc), D type pellet mill is cheaper than R type because the latter has smarter design of pelletizing process and a better gearbox, though both types of pellet mill are competent of making quality pellets.

 

What could I do if the pellet mill can't produce pellets?
